@drterrysimpson I’m pretty sure there was incentive by hospitals to admit patients. Couple that with the fear of litigation and no doctor is going to refuse admission. I had 3 SNF have outbreaks. Most didn’t require hospitalization but some did. Some had zero symptoms and died.
