@SMB_Attorney Social media tends to make things black or white - you can still damage or degrade the quality of something w/o making it obsolete. Attorneys may need different training on critical thinking & approaches to research when faced with ai agent that claims to or can do both for them
@matt_gray_ Yup - it can be too easy to stay in the architect role- the planning and designing is fun and exciting - the craftsman part - whether apprentice or master (i.e. the execution) is the key to great businesses
@realEstateTrent Or possibly you have the wrong lawyer. There is nothing wrong with saying to your lawyer- this is how I plan on handling this business issue - based on your experience and all the deals you see - am I missing something, any thoughts to share?

At the #TRDFORUM listening to leaders in the office property landscape - talking about the great office reset. Funny comment about how a large portion of the leasing is from AI companies - meaning they want people in the office - at least part of the time.

@realEstateTrent My immediate thought was zero-sum negotiating styles, then I saw time and ego as other answers - basically ego drives that negotiating style and wastes time - all related.
Had a great time and made new connections at the 4th Annual Real Estate Gala hosted by @BobKnakal & @realEstateTrent. As a born and raise New Yorker I was still amazed by the views. Great job to all involved and looking forward to the 5th Annual!
I get that controversy is good for building your social media presence, but I get annoyed by sponsors telling investors (except their investors) that the investor's current strategy sucks - without giving any consideration to that investor's objectives.
