While the PCSA is a pile of crap in its entirety, one of the most egregious issues in it is in regards to the one time transfer rule.

While restricting transfers has a million issues, the current language also counts transferring from a JUCO to an NCAA school as the one time transfer.

In addition, the bill is so poorly written (because it’s written by people with no sense of the actual structures of college sports), transferring from one JUCO to another will ALSO prevent you from transferring to an NCAA institution.

@CharlieBakerMA seems to have no sense of the scope of his own organization nor the athletes in it.

@tedcruz and @SenatorCantwell should be embarrassed about what they’re trying to do to thousands of athletes.

@RGIII If the school knows the player can’t transfer again they can use leverage to not pay them their value. Leave the players alone and let them decide where they want to go. If you were playing rignt now you wouldn’t like this proposal.
