This nails it. PD shouldn’t be about fixing instruction. It should be an opportunity to showcase teachers who foster learning in creative ways. Teachers learn best from other teachers. And are more willing to share practices when they see their peers share. #TeachingMatters
If you think students are going to look back on Spring 2020 and remember your zoom lectures you are fooling yourself. They will remember how you handled the transition. They will remember your compassion. They will remember moments of healing.
