@cibc Simon,I have given my details several times. The technology team have confirmed this is an issue, but gave no ETA for a fix. Well, It has been over three months,which i believe is more than enough time for a fix for my issue. Will you reimburse my annual fees until a fix is made?
@cibc@faom1984 Same issue that I have .. I have sent screen shots tried different browsers and no resolution. My brother is able to search, works on his computer. I logged into his machine and it doesn’t work. Makes no sense, I raised this issue in January and it’s still not fixed.
@haley_kah@cibc I have had the same issue as well for awhile - is it a seting on ones account or does it work for some and not others, is anyone out there able to search for flights successfully?

@manulifebank I have seen several posts saying that you are assessing the impact of the rate cuts on your business and most recently that you will be updating your rates soon. Can you confirm that you will be dropping your rates inline with the BoC?
