I’m not a niche guy, I swear. One of my favorite motorsport photographers is Tamotsu Futamura.
He published several incredible photography books, including one I’ve been trying to find for ages: The Rally, published in 1979.
Sadly, Futamura passed away in 2011, but his legacy still lives on through his photographs and books.
I’d genuinely love to get my hands on one of his books, especially The Rally. So if anyone has a lead on a copy, please let me know
I was asked if I know of any books/guides on how to go about drawing vehicles, and while I don't I can at least share how I go about it if that's helpful: I usually start with big blocky shapes in the angle/perspective I want, then carve out/fill in details, with reference handy
