@edabis1977 @BurnleyOfficial The massive glitch that stops me completing it online is that my daughters postcode isn’t recognised so I can’t link it to my friends and family and complete the process. It will be a club admin error or omission. It will take seconds for someone to correct.

@edabis1977 @BurnleyOfficial Ed it’s been a shambles. I’m 3-4 weeks in 20 plus unanswered calls, 3 unanswered emails and a message taken by reception staff that someone would call me back. It frustrates me that this is a premier league club with amateur customer service.
