🚨 WARNING about StubHub 🚨 We purchased 4 FIFA World Cup tickets (France vs Senegal, MetLife Stadium June 16) for $2,189 back in December. Three days before the game, the seller "couldn't deliver." StubHub's so-called FanProtect Guarantee? When we clicked the link — ZERO replacement tickets available. The same seats are now listed at DOUBLE the price. Oh, and our $300 non-refundable parking pass? Gone. This is a deliberate bait-and-switch scheme and we're filing complaints with both the NJ and MD Attorney General. Do not use StubHub. I purchased $1,500 of Journey tickets from them. They promised delivery before 4:30pm for a 7:30pm show. I spent 3 hours in the afternoon trying to get the tickets. Nothing. The venue was an hour from my home. At 6:30 no resolution, no contact. I did not go. I received upgraded tickets from them via email at 7:37pm via email. The show had started. I asked for a complete refund. They refused. They said I could have seen most of the show. These people are criminals. Period. @StubHub

.@StubHub fan guarantee is absolute trash.

They promise you new tickets or your money back.

First of all, if you don’t get the tickets for the event you paid for, they are legally required to give you your money back.

Second, they usually offer you worse seats than the ones that weren’t delivered. It’s very rare they offer upgrades or make it right for the buyers.

Third, they charge the sellers 200% or higher and then keep this money as pure profit. That money should be given to the buyers for cost of new tickets and possible other expenses that the buyer had to shell out.

The buyer gets screwed over and stubhub still profits. I highly recommend using any other secondary platform if the price is similar.

Hey @StubHub. Taking my money on March 8 for a concert on May 14, then telling me three hours before the show that the "seller cannot deliver the tickets" leaving me high and dry is a superb way to ensure I never go anywhere near you again.
