@British_Airways My bag has still not been delivered by @ecourier although the website says it was due for delivery and assigned to a driver on 17th May. You don't answer the phone just saying check the website which tells me nothing. Appalling customer service @British_Airways
@British_Airways@ecourier returned from Rome Friday evening no bags. Ecourier delivered 2 out of 3 yesterday but will not respond re tge 3rd. Not answering phone or emails and live chat cuts out. Not good enough. @British_Airways what are you going to do my contract is with you
@networkrail Yet more signalling problems between Wimbledon and New Malden. Nearly all SWT issues are down to your signalling. When are you going to sort the signalling out of Waterloo, Clapham J, and Raynes Park/New Malden. Constant issues add up to terrible customer service!

@networkrail Your customer service into SW London has been disgraceful on Friday 11th April and Sunday 13th April. Signalling issues, track circuit failures and huge numbers of cancellations as a consequence. I thought being in public ownership was supposed to improve service!

The British soldiers involved must not live in fear of prosecution 33 years after serving their country in the most challenging circumstances. The government should make that clear immediately.
Constant lawfare against our armed forces needs to end. We should protect them, as they protected us.
