BUT the reply without the custom instructions was just positive enough where an inexperienced founder might try to go build this idea, a la working on a tarpit idea.

Then, A/B tested the instructions on one of @mwseibel and @daltonc's tarpit ideas: restaurant discovery

There's already shortcut in the web app for opening the model picker: CTRL + SHIFT + M

Add shortcuts for model selection: 1 = Instant, 2 = Thinking, 3 = Pro

Mental hack... Make the goal for establishing your routine "put on shoes, at least 5 minutes of exercise"

Chances are you'll just keep going past 5 min. But lowering the success criteria gives you less of a mental burden and reason to say "eh, not today"

Great domain….

But 99% of consumers renting inflatables only care about total price w/ delivery.

Rental stores essentially have a local monopoly on price when you factor in delivery fees.

You could do it… but it’s a hard business to just “sell the leads” because almost all stores won’t care nor will they pay for leads. Chances are they’ve already talked to that customer.
