@JohnHendricksWS Thanks for sharing, John. I always thought you were just as dangerous at the plate as you were on the mound! Hope you're doing well, my friend.

We are hearing of stories about Andy that we have never heard before. Mainly about how he impacted lives of his players in more than just the game of baseball. These are the things that have helped my family turn tears into smiles today. Please keep sharing them.

Prayers going out to @At_Harp’s family. We lost a great coach and even better man today. He was such a great coach, person, and man of faith. We will see you again. #BaseballFamilyForever 💙⚾️
Words can describe what I’m going through. You were the best Coach I’ve every had and you have taught me so much and put so much time and effort into me. Baseball won’t be the same with out you coaching at central. Rest easy ❤️.
We’re going to miss you Andy. The impact you’ve made on all our lives will reach far beyond baseball. We lost a great friend, mentor and person, and it’s been our privilege to coach along side you. Rest In Peace @At_Harp
Have been praying for a long time to never have to do this-but today Coach Andy Harper went to Heaven. We lost a wonderful coach, mentor, friend, and man. He was truly special and will be missed Thank you Coach Harper. We will always love you and are grateful for everything.
Terrible news today as Coach Andy Harper lost his battle with COVID he was always a fixture in baseball around triad area. I played for him briefly in my high school days and always stayed in touch. Coached for the right reasons. You will be missed @At_Harp

So sad that Andy Harper passed this morning from a battle with Covid! RIP my man! The triad area and Kernersville lost one of the best baseball coaches that did it for the right reasons, taught the love of real baseball! Practice, opportunities for all, life lesson more than wins
Today we received word that Coach Andy Harper, our friend passed away. I had the honor to coach against and with this great man. Always the advocate for the player, a community leader who wanted to give everyone who wanted it a chance to play our great game. RIP to a a great man.
We are crushed by hearing the news of Andy Harper’s passing. I personally knew Andy, and I can tell you he loved helping others within the community. His spirit in helping kids has positively affected many, including ours, and we will always keep him in our hearts. 🙏 @At_Harp
