@hoka disappointed by your “warranty”Shoe with minimal wear sent in with part of the sole falling off. Sent back as normal. All the little grooves are still there. No appeal process, just the word of some dude,Warranty=lip service. Won’t purchase again. 3 pairs to this point.
@SWISSGEAR What’s it take to get a email response from you? I ordered 2 backpacks to find one I liked. I did and need to return the other. I’m paying to return it yet I recieved the return label AFTER you said my RMA had expired. I know your customer service is better than this.

@pandoramusic y’all have jacked up the 60s-80s hits station. All of a sudden it changed to a short list of one hit wonders from a great station of awesome songs. We noticed.
@combatflipflops just got my 2nd pair of flip flops from y’all. I was bummed at the difference from previous generations. The “Kabul” version was so much more substantial. I will keep them and wear them but not as jazzed as the first. Please consider going back.
