Think the problem might be that unfortunately the 3 tickets are all adult & couldn't see when purchasing where to put a child! Was just glad I got in

@nfluk_tickets purchased 3 tickets for jets/falcons , account debited and screenshot taken showing confirmation. When should these tickets show in my events under Ticketmaster? I'd assumed they show straight away but not accessibile until 7 days. prior.
