Anyone who still downplays Russia’s attacks is one of two things: wilfully ignorant or complicit. There is no third category. The Kremlin is not ambiguous about its intent. Nor should we be.
Those who bend the knee to Moscow are traitors. https://t.co/Mn4UjC3ZB3
We discuss on this week’s @RestIsPolitics - @donaldtusk observed recently that he couldn’t understand how a Russian backed arson attack on a 🇬🇧 PM’s home and property was treated like “Arsenal 2 Liverpool 1,” just a run or the mill event. Fair play BBC for their investigation but generally the lack of interest and concern underlines systemic anti Labour bias across most of media, and with large elements of the right backing anything thought to be had for Starmer, even if (in some cases especially if) it aligns with Russia China or anyone else who might want to damage Britain. Putin has plenty of useful idiots here
8 days after the MP Jo Cox was brutally shot and murdered Farage boasted he'd won the Brexit referendum "without a single bullet being fired"
Farage is scum.
War Diary Day 1,573
Well done @BBCPanorama for exposing the Russian behind the arson on @Keir_Starmer’s home.
And the grubby lies the Russians put out and “Tommy Robinson” echoed.
Kick Russia off the international banking system for good.
#VPDFO!
Very sad to learn that Radio 4's The World Tonight is to be killed off in the latest round of BBC cuts. It has a long and honourable history as one of the more thoughtful BBC news programmes and I am proud to have been associated with it for more than twenty years.
Fascinating that Starmer is widely regarded as doomed when so many key metrics are going his way: channel crossings, migration more generally, NHS waiting lists, and today’s inflation numbers
We are missing Jo Cox for the contribution she would have made to British public life over the past ten years, but her words still resonate. There is so much we can do to bring communities together and to support each other as we remember the impact of Jo's life.
Why is Sarah Pochin laughing about a firebomb attack on the property of the Prime Minister, orchestrated by Russia? The PM's sister-in-law was in the house when it happened.
🔴 Reform Councillors Pose with Banner Saying They’d ‘Rather Vote for Jimmy Savile than Labour’ — @josiahmortimer
Reform hit by backlash in the Makerfield by-election as they're accused of "making light of one of Britain's most prolific paedophiles"

Ten years ago today Farage unveiled his racist "Breaking Point" poster.
Within hours a far-right sympathiser murdered the MP Jo Cox.
Instead of apologising, Farage went on to verbally attack her husband.
Farage has always been scum.
Never Vote Reform.
Roy Hattersley reflects on the poverty in Sheffield in the 1950s that shaped his socialism - after spending the Summer as a milkman’s mate.
“It was my first confrontation with the idea of the underserving poor. I rejected it then and I reject it now”.
10 years ago my wife, the mum of our kids & the MP for Batley&Spen was killed by a far right extremist.
At anniversaries I try to be optimistic about the future. But not this time. In the ten years since she was killed we have gone backwards & I fear our democracy is now at risk
Fucking NHS. I woke up this morning with some trouble in my eye. Called the optician. Had tests. Sent straight to hospital with a torn retina.
They insisted on giving me laser surgery there and then to fix it. Didn't want any money for the job. Now I'm home again.
How inconsiderate. Joking aside. Remember there are people out there who want to dismantle the NHS.
Rob Kenyon has missed his first meetings as a councillor in Makerfield because he refuses to sign the paperwork to have a DBS check done.
What is he hiding?
Never Vote Reform
In the last 48 hours I’ve been deluged with 100s of vile, misogynistic tweets and death threats. Why? For doing my job: asking @ZiaYusufUK questions about claims by @Nigel_Farage of 2-tier policing. I spoke about this on tonight’s show. Enough is enough. https://t.co/SSHiAI3Umc
Gove faced with who he is: This would be entirely funny if his actions hadn’t been responsible for a nation’s economic and geopolitical ruin. Hislop catalogues Gove’s every crime from Brexit to the VIP PPI scandal and exposes the man’s moral bankruptcy.
