@HMRCcustomers Additionally if there are no customer support assistants available could the phone call just say that up-front and not take you through about 3 minutes of pre-amble messages...then security (a further 2 minutes) and then say there is no-one available! You waste 5 mins every time!
@HMRCcustomers I've tried 9, 9:30, 10 , 11 , 13, 17, 18, 18:30....all ended in either being cut-off, no-one available, or "technical issues". Maybe the introduction of a call-back feature would be a win!?
@HMRCcustomers I have tried several times. Couple of times waited an hour just to get cut off. Others it just went through security and the. Said there were technical issues and cut off.
@HMRCcustomers Both my P45 and my current employer tax code are 1348L. My issue is that the Taxable Income received to date is incorrect. The portal shows all the correct weekly income amounts but the total is wrong.
