@UnofficialOA When I first started teaching it was in the rules that if the majority voted to strike you went on strike or were kicked out.

@CmtDbutterfly @UnofficialOA We are all on lower incomes because of the decisions made by the government-up to £5k pa even by their own measures. This is now baked in to our salaries so that by the end of your career it could be hundreds of thousands. Not striking encourages them to continue the trend.

@JujuliaGrace @EveryDoctorUK I can confirm that my school contributed all it's goggles and I printed hundreds of face shields many of which went to a main teaching hospital that was desperate for PPE. Lots of other DT teachers were doing the same and a great deal more - wouldn't have happened if not needed.

@UnofficialOA Why should line managers be setting tasks for colleagues? In this year of all years, teachers should be allowed time to sort their own planning. Join a union and fight to protect your gained time.
