We have published new guidance for recording COVID-19 information, which will support better monitoring and treatment for people, as well as providing data for future research. https://t.co/CRsKkGJXST
NHS view in the BMJ from working with the Army; ‘if you have forgotten something or made an error, they are not phased: the attitude is one of problem solving not blame. They are very good at just making it happen…’

@doc_bipolar Again, I’m so sorry that you had to leave a vocation you loved. I truly hope you can now find peace, happiness and safety as a primary teacher (although I guess the former might be difficult with 5 year olds!).
@doc_bipolar I’m sorry you felt you had to leave the medical profession, and I must confess to having similar feelings after just 4 months as an OT. However, I wish you all the best on your new path - I hope you find happiness, health and kindness upon it.
A big thank you to the lovely people of @SCAS999 and @OUH_Horton A&E for their kindness and professionalism in scooping up my partner off the road and patching her up after coming off her bike yesterday. I hope your eardrums have recovered.
Delighted to launch, together with UK CAHPOs, the four nation collective strategic priorities & approach to #AHP rehabilitation during & after #Covid19#AHPs are at the centre of shaping this agenda which is critical to ensuring our population’s recovery

@tony_jardine @fraze76 @Tankslider@RoyalNavy What those men did was unbelievable. I often re-read Alastair MacLean’s HMS Ulysses, which describes what they went through so evocatively.
@geely_ash CIWS might just be able to take stuff incoming from a high angle, but might struggle for accuracy if the ship is rolling heavily and quickly. Anything at a low angle would be a nightmare for CIWS in that sea state because of ‘multipath’ - radar waves bouncing off ocean waves.
@brendan_furey Reminds me of when, as OOW, I’d forgotten to make a pipe to inform the ship’s company that we were about to turn across the sea and the ship would roll heavily. I received a call on the bridge: “Is that the OOW?”, “Yes”, “Cheers, c**t”. Presumably a chef.
