@LumoTravel@Rand_Ash I must express my extreme frustration. I was eventually informed that the train was leaving from platform 0 and got to a train that had clearly been sat at a station for a good while and was half full. This is unacceptable.
@LumoTravel any idea what platform the delayed 16:24 from Kings Cross will be leaving? It’s due to leave now at 16:47. I have a reserved seat to Newcastle but can see no staff for advice.
@LumoTravel@Rand_Ash Is that necessary? Are you saying that the delayed 16:24 is now cancelled? I don’t want to stand on a train if I have a reserved seat on a train that will leaving Kings Cross today.
@LumoTravel@Rand_Ash I appreciate that is not your fault but the response is extremely frustrating. I’m presuming someone is able to contact the train and someone knows where the train is. The 17:30 LNER service is now boarding.
@LumoTravel@Rand_Ash The website was last updated at 14:11. LNER and Grand Central have no both got trains on platforms ready to leave that were meant to leave after ours. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Do you have any staff available at Kings Cross to support customers?
