@TheJoeySwoll @l_i_n_d_z__ Yeah I run on an elliptical because I messed my knee up bad years ago. So doing long cardio sessions on treadmill can leave me out of the gym for weeks. So elliptical is a better option for that lower impact

@Cephalie_ @egoraptor Calories in excess make you fat, and a majority of people don’t eat just a burger. They eat fried etc etc. If you read my full point you can eat a bean burger and it will fill you up faster due to its nutritional content. Anyways don’t believe me just google it 🫡

@Cephalie_ @egoraptor Compare a black bean burger to a regular beef burger you would be quite wrong. Beans give you many more nutrients than beef. You get more protein content in beef but more cholesterol. Where beans actually fill you up faster with less calories, more fiber and more vitamins.

@Seraiden3 @egoraptor If the world goes to bio meat you should check out Seitan, cheap and easy to make. Every once in a while the store brand uses lentils but I’ve been making it myself for a year now and it’s very good and nutritious
