The 6-1, 185-pound two-way had a good day at the plate today, going 1-2 with a walk. The lone out being a line shot that the CF ran down. In his second AB, Shaw drew a walk. In his final AB, the RHH shot one through the left side on a two-strike pitch. A good defensive catcher with a strong arm (83 velo), good framing capabilities and a true leader behind the dish.
