@NYSLabor earlier today, i just now received a phone call. i thought the call was to take my application, but the call was only to let me know they'd be open tomorrow. #useless. tomorrow = another day of hangups.
@NYSLabor it is impossible to call as required. your system simply hangs up, after entering SS# and PIN. now 75+ times for me. do something to fix this, that would actually be helpful.
@NYSLabor do you understand that your phone system takes people through an automated routine and then immediately hangs up on them? is anyone addressing this?
this has happened to me more than 50x.

it is impossible to complete a UI application, because the phone system is antiquated/broken, impossible to speak to someone and complete the process.

this morning, after claims of improvements, this is the reality.
1) phone rings into dead air.
2) phone rings, is never answered.
3) system answers, says "we are experiencing technical difficulty and cannot assist you, call back later."
you should be ashamed.
@NYSLabor we will never be able to get through, given the way you are handling this. this morning (3/20), the phone simply rings into a dead line. epic fail.
@NYSLabor it is impossible to complete your final step, as your phone system hangs up, every single time i go through the routine. i have called over 50x over two days, and have never gotten through. you have made no meaningful improvement in terms of actually completing your process.
@NYSDOLCommish this is completely inaccurate from a user perspective. the required phone interview call still ends with the system hanging up, every time i call. claiming that this has been solved is fake news.

This is a fail and catch-22 of epic proportions; do something to actually help us.

this, as thousands of constituents suffer in this crisis and cannot access unemployment benefits to which they are entitled.
