@carvil_ 100% but VO2 max improves a lot with high intensity rather than high volume. Mine is around 50 so using that graph I am good! I don't average 90 mins a day
@FinanceTiger Once your pot is big enough, about 1m, that is already the case. Tax in roughly tax out. This will bring the number down to about 100k. Obvs should always employer match, won't be worth adding more
