The panel concludes Liverpool fans saved lives and it is "remarkable" that nobody died.

@JagexAsh Hey Ash, hope you're having a good weekend! On the back of the blog about Forrestry, it made me think about whether we can get worlds that are named after skills? E.g. a fishing or agility world and then people doing that skill can build up a community?
