@_ImperialEvents Latest delight is I have to log on to a portal they’ve given me no details of how to do so and they are going to charge late fees. And despite spending thousands with then they absolutely won’t accept phone calls or emails. Total rubbish.

@_ImperialEvents Personally I’d advise never engaging with these people. It’s the most unfriendly uncustomer centric organisation I’ve ever dealt with. I continually get dozens of messages ‘not left’ on my phone and the way they have dealt with the delayed trip to Ireland for rugby beggars belief
