@VeryHelpers absolute dreadful customer service by very, 3 customer advisors, 3 different stories and lies to try and resolve my issue. Customer care is not Very’s priority
@AmazonHelp A response after 48 hrs is a frustration, a lack of response after 14 days is inexcusable. Can you DM an email of a senior manager who over sees the account specialists please
@AmazonHelp 12 days, over 10 customer services advisors and a “manager”, multiple lies and false promises and still no response to my issues! Oh and my order has still not arrived! Customer service at its worst!
@AmazonHelp Received it, same old questions from Amazon customer services but just from a different representative. It’s getting very annoying now that no one is taking this seriously and it’s just pass the buck at Amazon
