@cashflow_king94 I was a landlord for 17 years, I've sold them all now. I made money on rent and capital appreciation so it was worth doing. I'm in my mid 50s now so I want my wealth to be more liquid and zero stress. My advice is it's a slow grind and subject to so many external factors inc tax!

@EndicottInvests It feels like a volcano to me, ready to erupt. Just be patient and remember the fundamentals are sound, they own what's in huge demand. When there's no public news I believe and hope it is because the discussions are underway.
