@Krezitehn@TheMiracleMan42@ShitpostRock This applies to none of the weapons in the game. All starter weapons are perfectly competitive for the vast majority of players. Also the balance of the game is influenced by population of attackers vs defenders more so than individual weapons.

@WrelPlays The single-fire mode of the burst weapons like the trac-5 burst had an extremely important role that I would like to be restored. That was to quickly and accurately kill spawn beacons that were too far to hit with the standard burst-fire mode. Please give it back.

I don't like putting exceptions into the game; every other terminal in the game can be hacked why not one specific construction object's terminal.
Fine with spawn tube being immune to small arms.
@WrelPlays field fights that people look back on with rose-tinted glasses and pine for. The most teamplay I see when it comes to construction is groups of pilots maintaining a base so they can chainpull air-to-ground esfs. Or an outfit mass-pulling armor to kill a base as fast as possible.
@WrelPlays Construction has been the most isolationist playstyles in the game. People set up their own solo bases and everyone else ignores it unless it's built on top of a capture point. This ham-fisted attempt to coerce people into engaging with construction has not recreated those open..
