Newport City FC is now looking to appoint a First Team Manager.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the identity of a club that represents both the city and the wider South East Wales football community.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻:
• establish a clear and progressive way of playing
• lead the group day-to-day and set high standards
• work closely with the Director of Football on recruitment and squad development
• support the progression of younger players into the senior environment
• build a competitive team capable of challenging at the top end of the league

This role is about helping drive that forward — improving performance, building consistency, and shaping a team and identity that reflects the level we are working towards.
