@LGUKCare Day 35 of no washing machine. And nobody returning calls or resolving this issue. Round and round we go with a call centre as much use as a chocolate teapot.

@LGUK How do I make a complaint regarding your in warranty repair service? At this point the costs I’m incurring will outweigh the cost of a new machine. The timescales and communication are completely unreasonable. I don’t expect to incur such costs on a 6mnth old machine.

@VendulaLondon I have a bag I was bought as a gift at the end of September. After very light use the straps have worn away and are already looking tatty. Is this normal? I’ve had other Vendula bags with heavy use and never had this happen.

Spent thousands on all new appliances from curry’s and now have no fridge.

@CurrysServices have spoken to unhelpful customer service assistant. As it’s over 30 days Curry’s won’t assist, delivered by curry’s and stored against a wall the damage has not occurred since delivery. It was not unpacked until today to ensure it wasn’t damaged during the kitchen fitting.

@SurePetcare is there an app issue? for several days the locks button is displaying the spinning wheel and not allowing us to access the door locking options. We only installed the door two weeks ago. Was working fine until we changed the door lock for vets on Wednesday.
