With continued evidence on the importance of fathers, why are we charging incarcerated families 13.5 cents a MINUTE for phone calls and 39 cents to send ONE EMAIL. Make evidence based decisions @jackbrewerfdn. Some of the money paid into the inmate welfare trust funds by families and friends, both DOC and Private should be utilized for free calls. My Loved One was 16 years old in 1985. He deserves that chance. He wasn't sentenced with the death penalty but you are going to allow him to die there anyway. WHY?
