Former HHS Secretary, Xavier Becerra (currently running for governor in California) was a big part of trafficking children. The Office of Refugee Resettlement [O.R.R] took direct orders from Becerra to place the children with labor and s*x traffickers. O.R.R.'s director, Robin Dunn Marcos, was questioned by the Senate Subcommittee on October 25, 2023 and she verified to Senator Hawley and other senators that they were aware that children were going to traffickers. and knew the children were trafficked, exploited, and abused.

One has to wonder who Xavier Becerra knows that has allowed him to avoid prosecution. One has to wonder how quickly Becerra will established human trafficking rings within the state government should he ever get voted into office. I would only imagine the money he still makes today from trafficking humans to various rings, and the cartels within California, Mexico, and western Canada.
