@BritishGasHelp my dad's gas meter is broken and yourselves have an engineer booked for 26/11/25. I feel this is too long a wait as he is a pensioner (he's 81) he needs something done before that. I rang on his behalf and your team were trying to sell me boiler cover!!!! 🙄🤔

@sainsburys why do you have to collect 600 points to earn 300 points in the count up/down to Christmas? Seems a bit unjust to me considering a point is worth 0.5p!! The old points system was much better where you would get 1p per point

@O2 why is the signal on the network so rubbish lately? I have a 5g sim which is always in 4g and the signal has been horrendous for the last couple of months!!! I've been with you guys 21 years and am considering moving to another network
