Discipline isn’t punishment.
It’s freedom from excuses.
The workout, the meal prep, the early alarm—each is a vote for your future self.

Hostages still in Gaza speak with their families over cell phone before being released and transported by Red Cross back home to Israel where they should be reunited with their loved ones within an hour.
Woman holding the phone says, “The war is over!”
🚨🇵🇱 Poland has the strongest army in Europe. Russia should have thought twice before launching a drone attack on Poland. Nothing will remain of Russia if Poland reaponds.
Russia's actions are reckless, unprecedented and dangerous. We condemn them.
Putin's aggression only strengthens the unity of @NATO nations, and our solidarity to stand with Ukraine.
A secure Europe needs a strong, sovereign Ukraine.
NATO Allies stand in solidarity with Poland & denounce Russia’s reckless behaviour after the violation of Polish airspace by Russian drones. Allies are resolved to defend every inch of Allied territory. We'll closely monitor the situation, our air defences continually at the ready
One year ago, Kamala Harris predicted Putin would attack Poland and "eat [Trump] for lunch."
Today, Poland is shooting down Russian drones.
She was right. He was weak.
After yesterday’s deliberate incursion of 19 Russian drones into EU territory, the best response would be a strong 19th EU sanctions package. Work on this package is now underway.
Priorities include Russia’s banking sector, banks in third countries that continue trading with Russia, and the “shadow fleet” infrastructure that funds Russia’s war budget: ship captains, insurers, oil terminals, and market operators enabling Russian schemes.
We are also preparing a European anti-circumvention tool to block Russia’s access to critical goods and shut down schemes designed to bypass sanctions. Consultations between the EU and the U.S. are ongoing to combine the full weight of sanctions pressure, especially against Russian energy revenues.
Ukraine continues to synchronize sanctions. UK sanctions against Russia are already in force in our jurisdiction, alongside Canada’s sanctions and all 18 EU packages. Japan’s sanctions are next, and we will complete that process this month.
Together with partners, we are working on further synchronization across jurisdictions. Since the start of this year, Ukraine has adopted 44 sanctions packages against Russian entities, their foreign enablers, and individuals fueling the war.
These measures target Russia’s military-industrial complex, supply chains for critical components, budget revenues, and individuals spreading Russian war propaganda and interference.
Most importantly, Ukraine’s proposals are increasingly becoming part of international sanctions policy. I thank all partners who help make this possible.
President Stubb:
Some of the international media might wonder, "Why is the President of Finland here?" I think the reason is probably that we might come from a small country, but we have a long border with Russia, over 800 miles, and we have our own historical experience with Russia from World War II, the Winter War, and the War of Continuation.
And if I look at the silver lining of where we stand right now, we found a solution in 1944, and I'm sure that we'll be able to find a solution in 2025 to end Russia's war of aggression and get a lasting and just peace.
