If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal.

If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal.

Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.

[Jed Rubenfeld @Jed_Rubenfeld]

JD is correct about this, and his examples are exactly right. Where the Executive has sole and plenary power under the Constitution--as in commanding military operations or exercising prosecutorial discretion--judges cannot constitutionally interfere.

🚨 NEWS FLASH 🇺🇸 For those concerned President Donald Trump didn’t touch a Bible to take his Oath of Office 🙄

The Bible has clear Guidelines about taking an Oath. Jesus said to be honest with your word and to always honor your word. To swear on ANYTHING other than the Lord is a big no no!

President Donald Trump seems to have done it right, biblically speaking. It’s possible that it just was a mistake, he is having a big day.

Here is some instruction on taking Oaths.

“Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths: but I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.” Matthew 5:33-37

Fog & Cold Blast Event: This exercise will study your biological responses to their genetic experimentation to withstand no heat, no food, and ability to endure extreme temperatures and conditions INSIDE your home, as well as OUTDOORS. DHS did a similar exercise in 2018 called HODOR. https://t.co/fZppiHb01S
In a cursory study this morning I researched and discovered that PREVENTION is the best strategy. With the aerogel (hydrogel fog) Touchstone Pure Body Extra Cellular MAY have some detox benefits. For the Quantum Dot Cold Blast there are many nuanced changes in your body. It is my limited understanding that you can not detox the damage. Please understand that scientific studies of this nature are few and many are classified.

Is these FOG and COLD Event natural? The FOG is experimenting with harvesting moisture and energy from the air and from lifeforms that breath the foreign particles in. FOG is not natural fog. In most cases it is aersolized hydrogel since 2021. It acts likes smoke but with no smell. It is heavy and dense and clings to the earth unnaturally.

The cold is a HYBRID event. Part of it is the natural cycle of earth, 11,000 year full cycle, including a mini-ice age and a manufactured event. The manufactured part comes from the people doing the geoengineering, terraforming of earth injecting an array of particulates into our air and atmosphere coupled with modulating and injecting frequencies. I covered this in 2024, in my extensive technology deployment series, Pandemic Timeline, Lair of the Dragon, The Color of Evil, and UN Crosses All Boundaries. Attention! Arctic Test! You may be concerned about Grid Down with this Arctic Blast, but you best be thinking Climate Change Globalist Exercise! You have all been seeded with Antifreeze Proteins (AFPs) and Ice Structuring Proteins (ISPs) which are a class of polypeptides. This test will see if these SynBio Proteins/peptides will keep you from freezing without using planetary resources. But it is much worse than this. Stay tuned.

@MJTruthUltra I’m always suspicious….

H-town here. Had fog last night but not as dense
as earlier in the week. Not unusual to have fog this time of year especially with the humidity being on the gulf coast coupled with the warmer than usual temps. Yesterday we hit 81. I did notice some chemtrails last week day time. No sickness.

this is what I said at the end of my roast set on CNN tonight that I zoomed through beacause I was running out of time (and scared) : Since I only have a minute left and I’m live on an establishment media, I figured I’d list some of things mainstream media will never cover:

The first trump shooter didn’t have any silverware in his house,The Crown prince of Saudi Arabia put money into Disney, why is fluoride still in our water? Monsanto paid Google to skew search results, why are so many presidents chefs dead?

For most of our country’s history

the federal government was funded by tariffs, there was no income tax, the budget was (mostly) balanced, and federal spending was less than 10% of GDP.

By authorizing long range missiles to strike inside Russia, Biden is committing an unconstitutional Act of War that endangers the lives of all U.S. citizens. This is an impeachable offense, but the reality is he’s an emasculated puppet of a deep state.
