🚨BREAKING: Two former staffers and one current member of Katy Padilla Stout’s congressional campaign have come forward anonymously to describe what they call an extremely hostile workplace where Stout routinely berates and curses at her team.

The current staffer said Stout is “mean and angry all the time,” that her on-camera smile is fake, and that she treats employees “like slaves.” Staffers claim they are regularly ordered to do personal tasks unrelated to the campaign, including grocery shopping, taking her dogs to the groomer, and picking up her children from school.

One staffer said that after working 11 straight days, they asked for a day off to drive to Dallas so their mother could begin chemotherapy. Stout allegedly exploded on the phone, saying, “Are you fucking kidding me with this stupid shit two days before a debate? We’re not playing these fucking games. You either start giving me 110% ASAP or I’ll fire your ass.”

A former staffer described a lunch incident in which a colleague picked up tacos and Stout’s usual order was missing one item. She allegedly accused the worker of stealing food, threw a cup of beans at the wall, ordered the crying employee to clean it up, and then left to eat in her car.

Another former staffer said Stout frequently made inappropriate sexual comments, including detailed descriptions of sexual dreams, while campaigning on her opponent’s treatment of women. The same staffer claimed Stout regularly called other women “bitches” and “cunts” and once referred to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent as a “f*ggot Nazi enabler.”

The staffers say the behavior is consistent and that multiple people have left because of it.
