Stuck on eternal phone tree limbo, I am on hold, called more than 5 times. it is very "cheapo." Every time I call I get put on hold indefinitely. I also get to hear that cheapoair has an award winning app and customer service, just to rub it more.
@CheapOair want to wait 3 hours on hold, be given empty promises, and have a company disregard that you paid for 2 seats together (paid extra for this) and say not our problem- you have to pay $65 to get a seat “near yours” through the airline…then book through cheapoair
@CheapOair I paid for and booked seats together for my flight- when I look up my flight through the airline it only has one seat reserved for one of the passengers? I tried calling and was waiting for an hour- you mention a chat feature that isn’t even available. I need help
@Avianca why is it impossible to get ahold of a real customer service agent? I paid to have seats that aren’t appearing when I look up my flight- only one is reserved?
