A cutting reflection from Cardinal Ratzinger, Good Friday 2005:
"Pilate is not utterly evil. He knows that the condemned man is innocent, and he looks for a way to free him. But his heart is divided. And in the end he lets his own position, his own self-interest, prevail over what is right.
Nor are the men who are shouting and demanding the death of Jesus utterly evil. Many of them, on the day of Pentecost, will feel "cut to the heart," when Peter will say to them: "Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God... you crucified and killed by the hands of those outside the law."
But at that moment they are caught up in the crowd. They are shouting because everyone else is shouting, and they are shouting the same thing that everyone else is shouting. And in this way, justice is trampled underfoot by weakness, cowardice and fear of the diktat of the ruling mindset. The quiet voice of conscience is drowned out by the cries of the crowd.
Evil draws its power from indecision and concern for what other people think."
Where were you, Evangelicals?
Where were you when the Crusaders marched under the Cross?
Where were you when the Vikings cast aside their pagan gods and entered the Church?
Where were you when Spain fought for centuries to reclaim Christian land?
Where were you when the cathedrals of Europe rose toward heaven?
Where were you when the first universities opened under the authority of the Church?
Where were you when missionaries crossed oceans to baptize nations?
Where were you when Christian civilization was forged?
Where were you before the Protestant revolt?
You were nowhere.
Because you did not exist.
Former abortionist Anthony Levatino:
“I did 1200 abortions, first and second trimester. 1 was for rape, 2 were for incest, 9 or 10 were for genetic effects.., and all the rest of them were healthy moms and healthy kids.”
“People don’t want to believe that, but it’s the truth.”
Only ignorance of the liturgy could produce the opinion that our Mass somehow amounts to a works-based salvation. It is exactly the opposite - it is entirely centred on Christ and His work of salvation for us:
Every Catholic Mass begins with an acknowledgment of sin (normally the 'Confiteor' or 'I confess' prayer) followed by a three-times repeated 'Lord, have mercy. Christ, have mercy. Lord, have mercy' and an absolution in the form 'may Almighty God have mercy on us.'
At the Creed we acknowledge the Paschal Mystery as the cause of our salvation ('for us men and for our salvation' 'for our sake he was crucified') and in light of all the mysteries of the Trinity expressed in the Creed we then express our hope 'I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.'
In the Eucharist, which we believe to be a participation in and re-presentation of Christ's self offering to the Father, we first pray the Lord's Prayer; casting ourselves on the Father's mercy 'forgive us our trespasses &c.' and asking to be preserved from temptation and 'delivered from evil.' Then we hail Christ as 'Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world' and implore 'Have mercy on us' and 'Grant us peace.'
At Holy Communion Christ is presented to us as 'Him who takes away the sins of the World' and we answer 'Lord I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.'
Throughout the entire Catholic Mass we turn to the Trinity, through Christ, for forgiveness, mercy, and salvation - we pray for it, we acknowledge it, and then in the Eucharist we receive the Crucified Lord bodily, as a free gift from Him, which He gave to the Church and continues to provide for the Church.

Sacred Scripture, which is the inspired Word of God, and Sacred Tradition, the living memory of the Church, are intimately bound together. They form the one Deposit of Faith, which helps us navigate the complexities of life to reach our eternal home in Heaven. #GeneralAudience
Please, let’s pray together:
O my Jesus,
forgive us our sins,
save us from the fires of Hell; lead all souls to Heaven,
especially those in most need of Thy mercy.
Amen.
A young man comes to his priest and says to him:
- Father I won't go to Mass anymore!
The priest answered:
- But why?
The young man replied:
- I see the sister who speaks ill of another sister; the brother who doesn't read well; the singing group who lives terribly; the people who during the Mass look at their cell phone, among many, many other bad things I see going on in church.
The priest says to him:
- Okay, but first I want you to do me a favor: take a glass full of water and go three laps around the church without spilling a drop of water on the floor. After that you can leave the church.
And the young man thought: too easy!
And he did the three laps like his priest asked. When he finished he said:
- Ready, Father.
And the priest answered:
- When you were walking around, did you see the sister talk bad about the other?
The young man:
- No
Did you see people complain to each other?
The young man:
- No
Did you see anyone looking at their cell phone?
The young man:
- No
Do you know why? You were focused on the glass so you wouldn't throw the water away.
The same is in our life. When our focus is our Lord Jesus Christ, we will not have time to see people's faults..
Whomever leaves the church because of people left because he never came in for Jesus
The Trump Administration Officially Cuts The Childhood Vaccine Schedule From 72 Shots Down To just 11.
This is by far one of the most important moves made by this administration.
Protecting children’s health is essential to the nation’s future.
“Effective today, America will no longer require 72 "jabs" for our beautiful, healthy children.”
“We are moving to a far more reasonable Schedule, where all children will only be recommended to receive Vaccinations for 11 of the most serious and dangerous diseases.”

That’s exactly what happened.
Acts 1 shows authority being replaced.
2 Timothy 2 shows it being handed on.
The early Church guarded truth through succession.
Break the chain and doctrine fragments.
Keep it and Christ stays present. ⛪️🔥
