@nathanbarry Compensation is one of the toughest topic for any company. Kit being transparent about it shows how their organization stands out amongst the rest.

@brankopetric00 Two things stood out
Infrastructure - Terraform everything including alerts and monitoring
Repository - Utilize automated pipeline builds and deployments
@elonmusk Curious, but given that this is impacting a lot of hardworking people, why does it seem there is no sense of urgency (time wise) in doing a probe and stop the bleeding of US$? A day delayed means a day for people who did wrong to cover their tracks.
Anyone else notice that thereโs too much bugginess with Appleโs latest iOS 26.1.

@EmmaBostian This could be a next blog topic (whatever you may write permissible in terms of your work agreement)
Would love to learn the processes, team dynamics, challenges and ultimately the outcome.
A combination of management and technical topics. This will be ๐ฅ
@EmmaBostian If your team has a ticket or backlog that has been sitting for quite long, that means ppl are likely avoiding it. Take that as an exercise but donโt fully solve it. Talk with a junior and a senior on your team and see how their approach differs from one and what you got.
@MargauxPeckLaw@WestJet Not just airlinesโhotels, restaurants, everyone involvedโhad a chance to do right by customers in tough times. Kudos to those who stepped up and earned real goodwill. Others that chose profits? Missed the moment entirely.
@dhh Commercialization. The rationale to just bake, sell and earn is what makes them bland, too consistent (to a fault) and use a f ingredients that typically caters not just to people who know and taste their bread but to a wider audience where the bread could pass off.
@yongfook Nothing more satisfying cleaning your ride, making sure those hard to reach areas gets scrubbed, dried and wiped to a shine and ready to turn heads (and hearts) when you ride them in the neighborhood.
