From what I’m hearing there’s some people working behind the scenes locally to reinstate everyone who lost their jobs to cover the team and sports already.

There’s a unique opportunity here for sports entertainment and a power vacuum created by Rogers. Look no further than Donnie and Dhali, they are thriving independently. The model exists and everyone WILL come back with a comeback that wants to stay in Vancouver and cover sports here.

My hope is that live coverage will continue as it was, and even if it’s not on a radio dial who cares. Podcasts are great, but so is a daily program.
