This is unacceptable. Under UAE Consumer Protection Law, “the supplier shall refund the consumer in case of defect or non-compliance.”

You will be receiving a formal letter for failure to comply with consumer protection law.

@CebuPacificAir This is becoming unacceptable. Multiple emails from my travel agency regarding my refund from my cancelled flight have been ignored, despite all forms being submitted. Funds are still pending. If I don’t receive an immediate update, I will escalate this legally. Case #12258035

@CebuPacificAir Hi @CebuPacificAir , thanks for the update. The Dubai–Manila flight on the 12th wasn’t mentioned (only the 9th and 10th). Could you please confirm if it is still scheduled? This is important as other airlines like Emirates are already operating daily on this route.

@KHDA Think about the risk we are taking in those school buses and all the kids inside it. I’d reather stay at home and keep myself safe from those slippery roads. Roads in dubai are not designed for rainy weather.
