@elenor_candy@GMB@DrHilaryJones The research doesn't say that. Yes there are more people diagnosed but not more people living with it. My children are not some paracetamol harmed being. They are brilliant neurodivergent young men that would put most on here to shame
@Ethann955@GMB@DrHilaryJones Yes I am neurodivergent. Are you going to built and shame me with more ridiculous statements. There is no more people living with autism. Just more diagnosis and changes to diagnostic criteria
@PishPishCat@GMB@DrHilaryJones Some mask so well they don't even realise. Others are addicted to drugs, some are in prison, some are in supported living ... I could go on. Open your eyes in your community and help those in need rather than sitting here denying their existence
@Gasgas7979@GMB@DrHilaryJones I'm sorry to hear that. They were also probably on drugs, in prison, avoided in the community. Only those with the most challenges were locked away through fear and shame and stigma
@methvesoutlook1 @GMB@DrHilaryJones Full blown autisim?? Is that instead of not complete yet autisim? They probably haven't lived until 70 as they have shorter life spans. Or they are living in a care home, prison, or the weird old man/lady in the neighbourhood that kids prank all the time
@missillumated1@GMB@DrHilaryJones If you can't have a sensible argument, don't contribute. Only serve cases were put in an inst. The rest masked, took drugs, ended up in prison and so on
@universe_spark@GMB@DrHilaryJones Yes. That's because of diagnostic criteria changes and diagnosis being made. Not because there's actually more people living with autism. They've always been there. Just not diagnosed. We mask really well to keep our selves safe from lunatics
@ZedZedlambo44@GMB@DrHilaryJones Sorry I didn't realise you had conducted longitudinal research into autisim. I'd love to see it as I'm not too brainwashed to change my mind when presented with empirical evidence
