Ignore the glee that will be shown from UCP MLAs regarding this "referendum". Look past it and focus on... the privatization of Alberta parks, discontinued environmental reporting for companies, reduction in funding for both public healthcare and education... the list goes on

According to the UCP, closing 20 parks and privatizing 164 more will save $1.14 per Albertan. Jason Kenney talks about a "fiscal reckoning" but I think most Albertans are OK with $1.14 of their tax dollars going to save these parks.

Just a shout out to essential employees today. Of course a shootout to frontline health workers. But sometimes overlooked are people keeping the lights on & water running, at the local utility. Train conductors and train engineers, truckers ensuring the supply chain stays intact
