Good. This is not going away.
As the first person to call Hate Crime on this Margate show last weekend, after being yelled at and told to leave by Collings, I can report that the police have now asked if I’d like to give a statement. Like a child who might be too excited, I was warned not to assume that would mean it went anywhere.
Watch this space. There’s a big problem and we need to solve it.
I’m honoured to share that I’ve been awarded an MBE for services to Holocaust Education and Combatting Antisemitism.
My recent production of The Merchant of Venice 1936—is driven by a commitment to Holocaust education and challenging antisemitism through storytelling. As well as bringing communities together through shared understanding.
This recognition is deeply meaningful and I’m grateful to all who have supported this journey.
And for the Brits, Eden, a tall girl, weighed 5 & a half stone at her execution. She was meant to be in the November hostage release (and the Bibas babies) but Hamas lied, again. Instead, months of torture & starvation and then death: on no-one's hands but Hamas.

Mr Hunter, as editor of the @JewishChron I can confirm that we have never had a paywall. Want to apologise for your remark about the paper: “Typical f---ing Jews, they won’t tell you anything unless you subscribe”?
These people are deranged. They are 'protesting' at a performance of Fiddler on the Roof, which has NOTHING to do with Israel and EVERYTHING to do with Jews.
It is Jew hate. Pure and simple.
October 7 and June 8 changed my political outlook forever.
October 7 I watched normie progressive uni students who were my friends celebrate “decolonisation.” While I watched footage of Hamas terrorists beheading a Thai migrant worker while screeching “YAHOOD YAHOOD YAHOOD.”
June 8 I saw the same normie progressives react with utter fury to the joyous sight of 4 rescued hostages. I saw Tweets calling on Hamas to place suicide belts on the remaining hostages get 10,000 likes.
I never realised the extent of psychopathic, obsessive Jew hatred before all of this. Of course I studied the history of the Holocaust and I even visited Auschwitz, but never could I imagine that the same forces of hatred and Nazism would be resurrected in the present day. And that ordinary, normal students I knew personally would celebrate these forces and make them a defining part of their political identity
It’s changed my life forever, I will never forget it, and I will spend the rest of my life opposing it
I'm truly relieved for the families of the four Israeli hostages who were freed from the Nuseirat area, especially Noa Argamani, whose family and parents I got to connect with and have developed particular empathy for her mother, facing terminal brain cancer and wanting to see her only daughter one last time before she passes.
I'm deeply saddened by the losses of Palestinian lives that occurred during the raid, which entailed intense bombardment throughout central Gaza. This is what makes Hamas so exceptionally evil and ruthless: placing hostages that it refuses to release amongst the civilian population, knowing very well that doing so compromises everyone's safety. Sinwar rejected the recent proposal by the US to gradually end the war and is slowly losing the only "leverage" that his group has, to the point where even Qatar is reportedly threatening to expel the group if they don't accept a hostage/ceasefire deal. Hamas is not only holding Israeli hostages but millions of Palestinians in Gaza.
Yes, I'm relieved for Noa and her mom, Liora and dad, Yacov; I'm relieved for the parents of Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv. But I'm also sad and heartbroken by the loss of dozens of Palestinian lives and the continuation of a war that's so clearly futile and destructive to the Palestinian people because two psychopaths, Sinwar and Deif, think they know what's best from their damp rat holes underground. I also would caution against the euphoria of this successful operation blinding people to the still persistent need for a ceasefire/exchange deal to ensure the safe release of all other hostages.
May this terrible tragedy end soon, and that the killing of Palestinians in Gaza stops, for this horrendous war is going nowhere. It's time for Hamas to end its reckless endangerment of Gazans and to stop this madness; the group must take responsibility for what it has brought upon the people of Gaza. And if you claim to be pro-Palestine, then call out Hamas and stop protecting them from overdue critique and condemnation.
I'm glad you're home with your parents, Noa.
I am loved and supported beyond . I KNOW who I am and what I stand for. But I work in a world full of women & men who like to show their politics and virtue - the number of my fellow actresses and actors / Guilty Podacasters, Slebs, 50:50 advocates and high profile FEMISINSTS who have stayed resolutely silent on this has shamed me and hurt me. How do any of us look at these people the same way again? Help. I have to work with complicit silence and it's difficult
I realise Eurovision has always been political. Petty jealousies & long-time grudges have always been at the core of this event. But I’ve never witnessed such deep, ugly, misguided treatment of a young woman as this year.
Bullying & swarming a young woman, by a baying, braying, intimidating mob, so that she cannot leave her hotel room, or being publicly & abusively disrespected by so-called “fellow artistes” who pretend to fall asleep, yawn & act bored when she talks, or putting a f**king flag over their heads, & rudely heckles her, whilst she politely responds to questions, simply because of her nationality, is an utterly grotesque, depressing & obnoxious sight.
She is NOT representing Israel’s government. She’s representing Israel. Why should she be treated in such a fashion?? She’s there to sing. To sing a song. Not to speak on behalf of politicians. What influence does she have over any decisions in this awful war, that was kickstarted on that awful, despicable day 7th 0ct?
What possible excuse do these people have for targeting HER specifically, in this manner?
Mercifully, her determination, courage & maturity shines through.
I hope she wins the wretched bloody event & I haven’t even heard any of the songs.
When I wrote my column this morning I was informed by numerous disapproving people that Gaza protesters don’t want the end of Israel, just a ceasefire. This move - to expel an organisation for being Zionist - shows that isn’t true.
Good Lord - this isn’t coded or veiled - just naked racism. Surely there’s some legal recourse the Union of Jewish Students have here? Abhorrent behaviour from the @nusuk.
It’s Yom haShoah, the day of Holocaust remembrance. We’ve lit candles for four of our relatives and those named here, to preserve their memory. May their memory be a blessing. #yellowcandle
