Thanks alot @Delta for leaving 16 passengers that were on the flight from STR to AMS today. Our connection that was headed to ATL at 130pm. You pushed back from the gate and then sat at the gate for an hour. This is not acceptable! Delta 75

@Delta thanks a lot for canceling our fought out of AMS to ATL and we had to fin for ourselves to get on sorry AF with middle seats when we had great seats on our first flight. Not happy with you at all. You would think you would be more helpful for diamond status passengers.
Furious with @Delta for changing our good seats to crappy seats. Being Delta Diamond, million miler means absolutely nothing. This is an international flight and we confirmed specific seats. No it was not an aircraft change. Maybe we need to turn our loyalty to another carrier.
@Delta brand new Travel Pro suitcase used once on this trip, pick up in CHA and handle to pull luggage with stuck and will not budge! Who do I contact? It was 1am when we got our bags.

@Delta I have tried contacting the group desk for group rates for 3 weeks, multiple emails that have been read and on hold for hours with no results. This is unacceptable. Do you want our business or not? I need assistance ASAP!!!
@Delta I have multiple times. I’m on hold with them now for over 2 hours. Already held another hour and hung up. I’ve been doing this for days. No email replies, no one answering phone. Unbelievable! I’m so fed up with holding and getting no where with phone or email.
