Just an FYI I was apart of an SPV trying to buy SMB from the devs and it had been in motion for 2 months roughly.

The goal was to ultimately give the IP to @MonkeDAO as I felt them being in control was the best outcome. I committed $1M this SPV. Sadly we moved too slow.
