@DollarCars It’s painful when you get a DM and expect to get some help but get a ‘sorry we can’t ……’ nothing I hate more than getting the feeling I did something wrong in the way I purchased or reserved from a company when I follow their steps and processes

So estimated wait is 10 I spend 20 waiting while @DollarCars robo scolds me to use their website to then get someone to answer but then as they try to ‘help me’ they hang up. So starting over

I have to wonder why did our plane get shifted to a different group? Did they have more clout? Is a trip to Columbus more important than a trip to Indianapolis? @AmericanAir why do they get to go home with our plane and we got their broken down one @PeteButtigieg is this covered?

Scammers upping their game @AmericanAir now nearly 4hrs delay and no chance to make my @Avis option but hey at least the scammers are trying hard. Looks like @PeteButtigieg might have to save me buy coaching you all on service

@managerAmercnai Yep another WhatsApp request from a misspelled name .. but so far 6 replies from scam bots for me to get help and 0 from @AmericanAir … yep feeling like things are going to work out with me sleeping in an airport for no good reason hoping @PeteButtigieg does not have to save me

@AmericanAir so confused .. we were on time and had a good plane. Different flight was delayed so to shorten that delay you gave them our plane and you gave us theirs which had an issue and now we are delayed even more? Is that common?
