The CS agent, Syed Asif Ali, at your call centre, is extremely arrogant.
I called your CC for a query to which he just read the update on system & never actually helped.
I requested him to help me resolve my challenge to which he was mocking me over call & made him realise the urgency and gravity of my query. My parcel which said is delivered to my address never reached to my place & furthermore its updated with my signature, which is again fraud

6months to process 1 request, that too when it's automated!?
I filed my ITR on time & I'm still waiting to get a refund on it.
No one is taking any concrete action or sharing any reason for the delay. 10-15 days or even a month is understood. 5months!? 1 standard reply to all mails.
