That’s amazing since literally every single person I’ve spoken to, including our family, have had the opposite experience with @FlightHub where @WestJet said we’re eligible for refund but FH saying we’re not and not processing even with fees taken 🤷🏽‍♀️

@Krukactor @FlightHub The only way you may get through to a live agent is by saying you’re booking a flight when selecting, once a live agent answers you say you want to know the status...even then I’ve found them unhelpful at best and maybe purposely delaying refunds
