Justice Denied Since 1988 - When will the system wake up? 😔
A heartbreaking video from Maihar, Madhya Pradesh, has left social media users emotional and angry. Mr. Tripathi, an elderly man, claims he has been fighting since 1988 against the alleged illegal encroachment of his land.
For nearly 38 years, he says he has been running from one government office to another, yet his case remains unresolved.
The incident has reignited concerns about corruption, bureaucratic delays, and the struggles faced by common citizens in India's justice system.
@vdsatheesan@CMOkeralam Sir Keralam needs some urgent waste management plan for disposal of waste as Panchayat level is only collecting plastics. How abt other waste. Please do something urgently. People r throwing waste at empty lands / road side which needs to be stopped.
Latur, Maharashtra Police !
Are we waiting for people to die at the hands of such Police Officers ?
When are we going to say enough is enough ?
The role of the traffic police is to regulate traffic, enforce road safety, and issue penalties (challans) for violations.
They do not have the authority to inflict physical punishment on citizens. Any act of physical violence by an officer is a violation of the law and human rights.
Right to Due Process: If a rider fails to stop, the legal recourse for the police is to note the vehicle's registration number, track the owner, and issue a challan or summon the individual to court.
Maj Harshit, brother of Twisha Sharma, is out there presenting the facts. It took three days for MP Police to even register an FIR. This case strongly resembles that of Col Bath, who was beaten by goons in Punjab police uniform. They were protected by the system until Mrs. Bath took charge. As I said again, this politician, bureaucrats, judiciary, and criminal nexus is beyond control. All the institutions are dead. I am sure Maj Harshit, a soldier, will not stop until justice is served for his sister. My request to the Army is to please put the weight of the institution behind this soldier, as police and judiciary are helping Ms. Girbala Singh. Nothing is expected from the CM of MP, who is incompetent and clueless.
The really frightening fact is that this woman was a judge. She has smeared her dead daughter in law and encouraged her lawyer son, the main accused, to run from the law. #TwishaSharma
"The entire system is pitted against us. Attempt being made to cover up," say the parents of Twisha Sharma, who died at her in-laws’ home in Bhopal.
Twisha’s mother-in-law, Giribala - a retired judge who served in Bhopal and is now an accused in the case - has sparked serious concerns over impartiality. Giribala's anticipatory bail sailed through the court, Twisha's parents allege. "There is mismatch in the PM report and actual findings," they added. The grieving parents are demanding that the investigation be immediately transferred to Delhi or any other independent jurisdiction to ensure a fair probe.
"He Overdosed and Killed My Daughter"- Twisha Sharma's father, with folded hands, in tears, voice trembling asks why the M.P CM wont meet their family, fears that his daughter's in laws are too powerful for justice to ever be served. Her brother is a serving soldier in the Army, yet they had to run pillar to post to get an FIR done. Twisha was found hanging in their house, the husband is on the run- her last chats capture her pain- "Take Me Home, I am in Hell". Her father spoke of the deep regret they feel in not bringing her out of the abusive marriage sooner.
🚨Repost for Help : Kargil War hero Shankar Singh has been chained for 13 years- share as possible don't just skip
An ex-army soldier from Rajasthan fought for India in the 1999 Kargil War.
After returning, he developed severe mental illness. For the last 13 years, his family has been forced to keep him chained at home for safety.
His wife says they spent everything on treatment and begged authorities for help — but got none.
This brave soldier who defended the nation now needs our help.
Share to raise voice for veteran welfare.

Driving through one of the many hidden corners of India, we stopped to check out a ‘car’ that didn’t come from a showroom, but from sheer imagination.
This is the kind of talent that doesn’t wait for perfect conditions, it finds a way to roll anyway. Bas mauka milna chahiye!
Meet Siddhi, a student of Bennet University Noida. She bullied a fellow student along with a few other girls and got rusticated. After rustication, she shamelessly posted this video laughing with zero remorse, I pity her upbringing!
What do you all think parents should do with this spoiled brat??
