In IBPS PO and SBI PO exams, the selected candidates outperform around 15 lakh aspirants in open competition. Those who get selected are among the brightest minds in India. Banks should recruit POs and train them for specialized roles in credit, IT, law, and other fields. PSU banks should stop hiring candidates with prior experience, as this reduces vacancies for freshers (PO).

Just like in UPSC, where selected candidates are properly trained for their roles such as IAS, IPS, and IFS, PSU banks should also focus on selecting the best minds through open competition and training them for specific roles.
